SchoolHouse Farms provides a variety of grains and syrups for fermentation, brewing and distillation: Red Winter Wheat, Rye, Oats, Corn, Milo and Sorghum Molasses.
They can all be ground to specific size requirements.
We plan on growing malt grain beginning in 2017.

In fact, the art of distillation has been known for thousands of years as Aristotle described the practice in Metereologica in the 3rd century BC.
