Hourly rate 80.00 with benefits
Corp. to Corp. rate 85.00

The Data Analyst will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams on a high-impact Data Warehouse initiative.
This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring technical solutions align with strategic objectives.
The Analyst will work across business and technology divisions to support data integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as Data Analyst on data-focused or analytics projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
• Required to have strong documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and business process mapping
• Experience working on enterprise data projects with complex data environments
• Require experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring technical solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Ability to work across both business and technology teams to mediate priorities and translate requirements

• Higher intensity expected during requirements gathering and UAT phases

 

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across divisions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams
• Map business processes and identify data sources, integration points, and reporting needs
• Maintain a comprehensive requirements traceability matrix
• Facilitate requirements sign-off and stakeholder approval processes
• Support UAT planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews
• Develop acceptance criteria for iterative development cycles
• Assist with change management, user training materials, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and BI Developers to align on data models, SQL queries, and dashboards
