PURPOSE
The Video Production Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting high-impact video content that drives engagement and brand recognition. This position requires a proactive, hands-on professional adept at managing every aspect of video production, while also supporting graphic design initiatives across multiple platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-End Project Management: Serve as the project lead for video production initiatives, working closely with the marketing leadership team to execute projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
- Advanced Filming and Lighting: Execute sophisticated camera work and lighting setups to capture visually stunning footage that elevates storytelling and meets creative briefs.
- Expert Editing and Post-Production: Perform detailed video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools, integrating advanced editing techniques to refine content and enhance narrative flow.
- Dynamic Motion Graphics Creation: Employ Adobe After Effects to create and integrate innovative motion graphics and visual effects, adding depth and engagement to video content.
- Content Finalization and Distribution: Optimize and prepare final video outputs for various platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Cross-Functional Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to develop cohesive visual assets for web, digital, and print media, enhancing overall brand consistency.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing and creative teams to align video content with overarching campaign strategies and brand messaging, contributing to successful project outcomes.
- Equipment Stewardship: Proactively maintain and manage all video production equipment, ensuring readiness and operational excellence for all shoots.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Implement thorough quality checks to ensure all video content meets technical specifications and creative expectations prior to release.

Requirements:
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Two (2) additional years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Five (5) years of professional experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production. Experience with graphic design is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with advanced camera work and lighting techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
