We are looking for a meticulous Trade/Sales Assistant to join our team in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to support key operational and administrative functions while leveraging your skills in financial services. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical proficiency and customer service expertise to excel in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional client support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and processing, to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle financial transactions such as cash activity and buying processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Answer inbound calls and address customer needs in a precise and timely manner.
• Maintain and update records using Excel and other relevant software tools.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Monitor and process financial data, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
• Stay informed about financial services trends to better serve clients and support business objectives.• Proven experience in financial services or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data processing and handling financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Familiarity with cash handling and buying processes is preferred.
