We are looking for a driven intern who has a passion for technical writing and operations. This position provides the opportunity to learn and gain first-hand experience writing technical documents for our software and product suite, as well as helping our Product Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit training content, including release notes, user guides, and knowledge base articles for different products.
  • Work with subject matter experts to learn and demonstrate an understanding of our products.
  • Provide assistance for release communications and collecting metrics.
  • Keep track of documentation throughout the entire process and adhere to timelines, standards, styles, and methods.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English or technical writing
  • Passion for critical thinking and writing explanatory or instructional content
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross departmentally with a variety of teams, including Product Owners and Developers
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
