· We are looking for a candidate who has good experience in QA. Nice to have: Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud experience. Qualifications and skills: Good understanding of the QA process and experience across all phases. Knowledge of the defect lifecycle. Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience in API testing, preferably using Postman. Experience working in Offshore/Onsite models. Flexibility to support teams in PST time zone. Excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Prepare Test Plan based on the release, create test cases from user stories, execute test cases, and update results in the test management tool. Extract test summary reports and share with stakeholders. Follow up with the development team to prioritize and close defects. Be proactive about process deviations and mentor team members. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of QA experience.
