Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, locate, stack, and count materials.
• Load and unload trailers, moving materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles.
• Transport products or materials to designated locations in the facility.
• Prepare and complete orders for shipment according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
• Verify the accuracy of shipment orders and documentation.
•   Advanced knowledge of SAP 
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to meet deadlines and maintain productivity standards.
• Assist with inventory control, including conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate placement and tracking of inventory within the warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Complete necessary shipping and receiving documentation accurately and timely.
• Report any damages, shortages, or other discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Valid forklift certification, with experience operating stand-up forklifts.
•Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Good communication skills.
•Basic math and computer skills.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
