Requirements
10+ years of experience as a functional analyst including utilizing program management methodology.
4+ years of experience working on Salesforce Platform.
FSC with lending domain experienced candidate
Knowledge on banking, automotive, mortgage and healthcare domains.
Solutioning experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing Salesforce solutions and integration solutions.
Good hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
Deep understanding of core Salesforce capabilities, features like – sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, CPQ, Financial cloud, etc.
Roles and responsibilities
Analyze existing systems to identify gaps, latest trends, and identify new opportunities.
Create and maintain detailed documentation on business requirements, user stories, processes, and user guides.
Develop and execute test plan, functional testing, user acceptance testing and perform product or solution demos to clients.
