Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application/Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Salesforce and supporting business applications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally to improve system workflows and support end users with application and IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management.
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows to automate and enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workflows, recommend improvements, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Provide general IT support for desktops, applications, and Microsoft Office products.
• Assist in managing and supporting SaaS applications (e.g., RingCentral, Concur, Acrobat).
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues across supported applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows
• 1–2 years of general IT troubleshooting and desktop/application support
• 1–2 years of Salesforce development experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms such as RingCentral, Concur, and Acrobat
