Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Real Estate Analyst to support our real estate team with deal underwriting, reporting, and site evaluation. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, an interest in real estate development, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Build site approval packages for internal leadership and cross-functional review, including mapping, market data, and financial summaries. Develop and maintain pro forma financial models to evaluate potential real estate deals and support decision-making. Assist with underwriting new site opportunities, including rent and cost analysis, sales forecasting, and return metrics (e.g., IRR, NPV). Create and update weekly team reports, including deal tracking, pipeline status, and market activity summaries. Support marketing optimization efforts by analyzing campaign performance metrics and assisting in lead funnel tracking. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support site selection and strategy. Maintain organized documentation of deal files, lease abstracts, and approvals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. 0–2 years of professional experience in real estate, finance, or a related field. Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and data visualization. Working knowledge of mapping or GIS tools (e.g., ESRI, Google Earth, or similar) a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with real estate approval processes or corporate real estate. Basic understanding of leasing, site selection, or retail development.
