Belay Technologies is seeking a Cybersecurity Network Analyst (CNA) to perform systems and data threat analysis, enterprise-wide monitoring of government systems and networks for insider threats, and related tasks. The CNA will: Conduct baseline audits of all agency automated information systems and provide reports and metrics. Perform focused monitoring on a case-by-case basis. Test new software releases, upgrades, and policies for compatibility. Maintain insider threat monitoring software and architecture. Create policies, perform data analysis, support product configuration, and maintain servers, agents, and databases. Review and recommend resource requirements. Assist in software development and deployment. Participate in technical meetings and provide training. Qualifications: TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field. Minimum five years of cybersecurity threat analysis experience, including network analysis, insider threat software, TCP/IP, Windows OS, incident management, and response. Skills: Threat analysis techniques, insider threat software, TCP/IP, Windows OS, incident response. Maintaining software integrity and security. Reporting and event follow-up. Software modification and policy implementation. Network log monitoring. Database design, development, and backup testing. Training government personnel on insider threat analysis. Software testing and performance troubleshooting. Experience with Splunk and creating queries and reports.
